Prior to admission, and on an ongoing basis, our team evaluates each individual’s physical abilities, cognitive functioning, behavioral support needs, and daily living requirements. This assessment helps us determine whether our Adult Residential Facility (ARF) setting is appropriate and allows us to develop a personalized care plan aligned with the resident’s needs, preferences, and abilities.

Care assessments are reviewed regularly and updated as conditions or support needs change. This ensures continued compliance with ARF regulations while promoting stability, independence, and overall well-being.
